巩汉林（1957年10月20日-），出生于辽宁沈阳，毕业于沈阳师范学院（沈阳师范大学），中国内地男演员，政协第十三届全国文化文史和学习委员会委员。

他早年进入沈阳曲艺团，从事相声及小品创作演出，曾从事喜剧小品创作及表演，多次与赵丽蓉在春晚上合作，代表作有《东北一家人》等，曾获华鼎奖观众最喜爱的影视明星奖。

2021年3月12日，参演的电影《合法伴侣》定档在中国内地上映。
